The room was large with a kitchenette and a couch, lovely views. The breakfast was amazing and excellent and there was a wide range of food to choose from. Location: the hotel was very close to restaurants, a supermarket and other shops as well as local hikes.

The rooms are new-fashioned and spotless, complete with perfect view and views over Heiligenblut. It has a stunning and favorable location to see Grossglockner. No reason to complain and would happily return.

It was really enjoyable stay, I did not want to leave and would go back in flash. The hotel was fairly clean, the staff was superbly friendly;))

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience! Cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were impressive. The location is unbeatable - right in the center of the village and just steps away from the cable car. The staff were friendly and provided excellent transportation information. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing me with great tips and information on local hikes and sights. The rooms were surprisingly spacious and had a well-equipped kitchenette. The bathroom was really nice and the hotel had plenty of parking space. Additionally, the location was perfect, right at the beginning of the Grossglockner High Alpine Road, offering breathtaking views of the mountainside from the window.

Nothing really - just a minor inconvenience of no coffee in the room, but it's not a big problem since there was a coffee machine available.

The hotel is conveniently located close to a number of restaurants and shops in the center of town. The rooms are spacious and clean with great views of the surrounding mountains. The breakfast is exceptional, with delicious muesli, yoghurt and fresh fruits. the guests are well taken care of and always receive a warm welcome from the staff.

The facilities could benefit from some modernization to provide a more up-to-date experience for the guests.

Couldn't find any faults at all.

Had a good time at this mountain hotel during Christmas. Enjoyed the welcome drink and cookies they served upon our arrival. the hotel is ideally located close to the cable car station, making it easy to access the ski slopes. the room had a beautiful view of the snow-capped mountains. We had a relaxing time in front of the fireplace in the lounge area.

We were not impressed with the quality of food served during the festive season. the dinner buffet was barely average and repetitive, and options were very limited.
